SES assures full confidentiality in service to clients. Submissions and messages sent through this website are encrypted. No communication or documents will be shared with any third party. I fully comply with clients’ wishes to delete all related files from my computer and back-up devices after editing is completed to their satisfaction and all contractual obligations have been met. 

Guarantee

SES pledges to provide clients with edited versions of their manuscripts that comply with rules of standard English and logical organization. If a returned manuscript is criticized on these grounds, I will re-edit to correct errors without additional charges.
